Hado- "Wavelength" of Energy

HADO is a Japanese word that translates into "Wavelength"

(= Vibration of Energy).

Hado was something I heard referred to while doing my level 4 of clinical hypnotherapy.  Later on I chanced upon the word on Nithya Shanti’s facebook page.  Though I had a faint idea of what it meant, this got me really curious.  Why am I getting to hear this word so frequently?  My curiosity lead me to ask more questions, research some more.  So in today’s post I am trying to fit in brief all that and my own experiences with it.
"Hado" may be new to our ears, but it has existed in the Japanese language for centuries. Literally translated, it means wave motion or vibration. Within the past few decades hado has been spoken of in the context of philosophy, science, and quantum physics. More recently, the definition has expanded into the spiritual realm to express the healing properties and transformative powers of this life-force energy.

Japanese scientist (or like one of my young students pointed out, experimentalist) Dr. Masaru Emoto introduces the concept of hado in his bestselling book, The Hidden Messages in Water.
Hado is the intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter, the smallest unit of energy. Its basis is the energy of human consciousness."

Hado is everywhere. It’s in you, your house, your office, your plants, your water, even your computer. After circulating inside the body or innate materials, hado returns to the air in Mother Nature.
The theory of Hado postulates that, since all phenomena is at heart resonating energy, by changing the vibration we change the substance. Conventional science in general still does not support this notion. Yet quantum physics and in particular the 'observer effect' clearly suggests we do alter our environment.
With practice you may acquire the ability to change the taste of food and water, improve the energy in your home or office, discover people’s (especially children’s) hidden talents, even heal physical ailments and imbalances of your own and others’, discover your hidden clairvoyant abilities, and receive messages from departed loved ones.
By producing different Hado through written and spoken words, as well as music and literally presenting it to the SAME water samples, the water appears to "change its expression".

The exquisite beauty of the above crystal of frozen tap water is clearly the result of Hado being projected at it. The expression of human gratitude (arigatou) is thus immediately reflected in water.
Dr. Emoto and his supporters successfully carried out a dramatic demonstration of Hado in action on the shores ofLakeBiwa, in the Kansai area ofWest Japan. The following information is taken from Vol. 2 of "The Message from Water".

On the 25th of July 1999 at 04:30 in the morning 350 people gathered and offered their words, facing LakeBiwa. Praying with them at that time was the then 97 year old creator of the " Great declaration",* Mr. Nobuo Shioya. The result of that was an incredible success that truly surprised them, the public at large.
ThisLakeBiwais an example without exception of horrendous pollution, with foul smelling and dirty water. Every summer the surface of the lake is covered with a foreign species of aquatic plant called 'kokanada' algae which then putrefies.
However, that year (1999) during that summer only, for some reason this aquatic plant hardly emerged at all! In that year an event was held to clean up the waters of LakeBiwaby a group mainly involved in researching Hado. They sent out thoughts imbued with the great declaration *curbed the emergence of an aquatic plant which was the source of a foul odour, and transformed the surface of the lake into a clean state. Thoughts, requesting harmony and stability for all things through the 'great declaration' were transmitted clearly to grass and water, changing their qualities and purifying nature's pollution although many people do not realize it, there you have a clear causal relationship existing. In this fashion, it is not only human minds but also all life forms in this world containing all things and phenomena, including substances in nature like water which respond to our human thoughts. They accept those thoughts and it changes their condition and quality.
They say that the spread of the water algae condition has improved and that the foul odour has disappeared.

The easiest way to receive good hado is to visit nature, such as walking in the forest, camping alongside a pure stream, or going to the beach. This pure hado stays with you only temporarily, so you should connect with nature as often as you can. If you are living in the city and have no time to visit nature, you can receive good hado all the time by filling your home with plants. Without exception, plants release good hado, and the bigger the trunk of the plant, the stronger the hado it releases.  Center yourself and feel grateful for nature.
Prayer and gratitude for all nature elements is one way of practicing it. So are words.  Use of the vibrations of sounds and words to cause the right influence on the atomic vibrational frequencies is another way to practice this wonderful science.
The most important principle of hado is to practice it every day to feel your energy improving. See for yourself and unleash this subtle yet powerful energy into your life.
During the 3-day summer session for kids we practiced hado by holding a half glass of water in our hands, the right hand over the rim of the glass, covering it. And praying to the water, using ho’oponopono, asking for forgiveness, expressing gratitude and thanking water, saying how much we appreciate and love the water for its presence. And then all of us sipped the water.  All the kids came up with different experiences.  Some of the kids said now the water tasted like coconut water, for some like mineral and for some like lime juice.  It was a wonderful experience.
This is another simple way to practice hado.
